ARDAC ELITE BANKNOTE READER (models: all 3000 / 4000 series & 5001)

With immediate effect, we will be using Ardac Elite banknote readers instead of Ardac 5 banknote readers in our products

Ardac Elite, whilst being interchangeable with Ardac WACS Eagle and Ardac 5:

• Is a significant technical advancement on the latter, with increased processing capacity, allowing:
  • Faster processing of insertions
  • 100% scan of both faces of the note using six wavelengths, including visible, ultraviolet and infrared
  • Notes to be inserted in all four directions without having to be straight or centrally aligned
  • Improved acceptance of valid presentations and rejection of invalid presentations
• Provides a standard unit to handle all currencies
• Has a very high tolerance of dirt, smoke and scratches with automatic compensation for dust ingress therefore reducing cleaning
• Includes a removable stacker cassette cased in plastic, making it durable and resilient
